My avatar painting

                                    This week I have created this (interesting looking) piece of art.

Before I did my painting I went onto faceyourmanga.com and I created an avatar that looks something like me. After I made my avatar I got lines ruled up on a a3 piece of paper and then we had our avatar printed out. And then for the hard part! I had to draw my avatar out on the paper but to make it harder I had to make it an enlargement from my printed out avatar. So you had to make sure that you drew it inside the right squares. Then we had to move on to the painting part of it! The painting was pretty fun apart from the struggle to make the perfect hair colour. I finished my painting with a few ups and downs and as you can see art is definitely not my sweet spot.

My Snoopy Enlargement

 A few weeks ago my class had to draw enlargements. First my teacher sent me a grid with lots of squares and we had to find a picture and place it on top of the grid. Most of my class chose cartoon characters and I did too. The character I chose was SNOOPY!!!! After placing our picture over the grid our grid got printed out and we got given a large piece of paper to draw squares 4 centimetres by 4 centimetres. Drawing on the squares was kind of a long process but once I had done that I got to start drawing Snoopy. We had to try and replicate the picture as best as we could. I enlarged my picture by a scale factor of 2. In my opinion my Snoopy came out pretty good. This task was very fun and I enjoyed it because it wasn't to hard because I picked a simple picture and character to draw.

Leaf scientific drawing

This week I have picked a leaf from outside and drawn it.I had to make the drawing look as much like the leaf as possible.I am proud with what my drawing turned out to look like because I am NOT good at drawing at all.I also added a zoom bubble saying I wonder why the outline is purple?

Sumopaint Eagle

This is a eagle that I created using sumopaint.com.you should go check sumopaint.com out because it is really fun to create different pictures.The Eagle looked better in my head but I am still happy with how this turneed out.

Ally Nickerson Drawing

Nessie Visualisation

This week in class we had to draw a drawing of what we thought Nessie the Loch ness Monster looks like. First we had to read a text which described it a little bit so that we could visualise in our heads what it might what it looks like. Also we are going to be learning about the Bermuda Triangle, UFOs and the Lost City of Atlantis. This was a really fun activity I hope you liked my drawing. What do you think Nessie looks like?
